The UK REACH service team in The Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA), are looking for users of the service to complete a survey.

The aim of this survey is to understand what it’s like to use the UK REACH service. For example, using the online system, emails, guidance, and helpline.

We want to learn about:

• what works well
• what needs improving
• what is missing

This is a great opportunity to let the UK REACH service team know what you think about the service, and how they can make it better.

The survey will take a minimum of 15 minutes to complete, and all answers will be anonymous.
