Following agreement by both Houses on the text of the bill it received Royal Assent on 29 June at 11:06 am. The bill is now an Act of Parliament (law). For BASA Members this will mean that the Annex VIII requirements for Poison Centre Notifications that were accidentally carried forward, but are not being implemented currently, will be officially revoked on 31/12/2023.
