The Construction Products Association continues to promote the Code for Constriction Product Informations.

The Code is aimed at driving higher standards in the presentation of product information, and is relevant to the entire industry.  It is a pivotal development in response to the Grenfell Inquiry and the Building Safety Act, and the new oversight from the Construction Products Regulator and Building Safety Regulator (both of which strongly support use of the Code). To learn about the application process, a series of webinars has been created.  Please note that these webinars are aimed at construction product manufacturers, further webinars aimed at other parts of the supply chain, will be arranged soon.

Additionally the CPA has produced FAQs, explanatory slides, a business case presentation and a ‘next steps guidance’ to support companies wishing to learn more. These resources are readily accessible in the CPA Members Boardroom Toolkit.

This information is part of a workstream focused on Ethical Leadership and Product Information Management, Governance and Compliance  that is a key priority for the CPA and members.
