We return to the Hawkstone Park Hotel for the BASA Sports Day 2023, with shooting activities at the nearby West Midlands Shooting Ground. Guests can choose between the Glue Pot trophy 18-hole match in the afternoon at the Hawkstone Park Golf Club or Shooting at West Midlands Shooting Ground. You can even mix and match with Shooting in the morning and Golf in the afternoon. We will then all meet back at Hawkstone Park Hotel where you can play the free to enter croquet match on the lawn followed by dinner and the prize presentation.

Afternoon Golf (Glue Pot Competition) on the Hawkstone Course (inc Lunch) - £78.00
The afternoon also includes a prize for Nearest the Pin (12th) and the longest drive (18th).

Registration from 11am, lunch available from 11.30 – 12:45 in Lyle’s Bar. The first tee off time will begin at 12 and the last at 1:10pm (we will let you know your tee off time before the day).

All Day Shooting (inc breakfast and lunch) - £192.00

Registration, coffee and bacon baps from 9:15am, activities begin at 10am at WMSG.

Morning Mixed Activity Shooting (inc breakfast and lunch) - £84.00

Shooting Afternoon (The Glue Gun Trophy) (inc Lunch) - £132.00

Lunch will be served from 12pm, activities begin at 1pm at WMSG.

Presentation Dinner with Wine - £60.00
The Dinner and Presentation evening starts at 8pm in the Waterloo Suite at Hawkstone Park Hotel. Dress is smart casual (no jeans but jacket and tie not required). Prizes will be awarded after dinner.

Refunds: Cancellations 1 month before the event will incur a £10 cancellation fee, cancellations after this date are non-refundable.

Guests are to book directly with the hotel and will require a credit or debit card to guarantee the booking. The card will be charged 2 days prior to arrival. Any bedrooms cancelled after 2 days prior will still be charged for. Bedrooms are to be cancelled 2 days prior by 2pm to incur no charge.
Room allocation will be released 6 weeks prior to arrival – 26th April 2023 (so please make sure you book by this date to guarantee a room).
