IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR BASA Members ***2020 AGM AND INDUSTRY LUNCH ON 25th MARCH CANCELLED***

It is with regret that for the first time in BASA's history we are forced to cancel the 37th AGM and Industry Lunch scheduled for 25th March at SS Great Britain in Bristol due to the escalating Covid -19 outbreak in the UK.

This is not something that Council have decided lightly, but following an emergency Council teleconference meeting we have concluded that the sensible decision is to cancel the AGM and Industry lunch and inform speakers for the Open Industry Forum preceding the AGM (which is also postponed) that if the situation improves, we will look to hold a Forum for members later in the year.

Further details of the Council resolution and alternative arrangements for the AGM will be published this week.
