We return to Hawkstone Park this year for the BASA Sports day and we than our regular Sports Day Sponsors IMCD, Newport Industries and Omya, and also welcome the exciting new sponsorship from Kenyon Group offering golfers a chance to beat the pro and also a £10,000 hole in one prize.

Accommodation at Hawkstone Park

We have reserved a limited number of bedrooms at Hawkstone Park Hotel (the main event venue) for the nights of 11 and 12 June 2018. The allocation will be release on 18th May, so members are advised to book before then. 

Bedroom Rates

Single occupancy - £89.00 per room per night, including breakfast.

• Double / twin occupancy - £99.00 per room per night, including breakfast.

All prices are subject to availability and we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

How to book

To book the above rates, please call the hotel directly on

+44 (0)1948 841700 and state that you are attending the 'BASA Annual Sports Day' (you don't need to provide a code).

You will be required to provide a credit card when making your reservation to gaurentee the booking, although you will be able to pay on check out from the hotel. Cancellation terms for the BASA bedroom allocation:  if you cancel you reservation within 5 days of your check-in date at the hotel, you will be liable for cancellation charges and the hotel will charge the credit card you used to guarantee the room.
