New advisory note for members with advice about substances in polymers and your UKREACH duties if importing from outside GB

Downstream users have obligations for UKREACH compliance of the substances in their polymers if imported from the EU and there is no GB importer or Only Representative (OR) appointed by the EU manufacturer/supplier

This guidance note explains your recommended options for securing your existing supply chain and all BASA members are advised that they need to submit DUINs, particularly if they want options to look at new suppliers of existing substances after the DUIN deadline this month. It is subject to amendment as we receive additional guidance for HSE/DEFRA.
