EU Transition Case Studies

As part of the Health and Safety Executive’s continued effort to inform and guide chemicals businesses to what they have to do after Great Britain left the EU, they are keen to support businesses with the creation of real life case studies, especially across a wide selection of SMEs.

HSE are asking businesses who may be interested to participate in a case study about how you have had to change the way you operate after we left the EU.

They are ideally looking to speak to smaller SMEs in England, Scotland and Wales who have seen changes on chemical regulations after 1 January 2021.

All content would be approved by any organisation before publication and would be supported on the HSE website, promoted through social media and potentially used by other government departments. We would welcome any appropriate imagery and company logos that could also be used in supporting the case studies.
