BOOKINGS NOW OPEN! The BASA Christmas Party Night will return with the last selected venue Alveston Manor in the glorious Stratford-upon-Avon. We hope to see you on Saturday 3rd December 2022 to enjoy a festive three-course meal with cheese and tea/coffee followed by entertainment from Hard to Handle Professional Live Band & DJ until midnight.

Loaction: MacDonald Alveston Manor Hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon, a town synonymous with William Shakespeare.
Details: We have 2 hours of music from the Hard to Handle live band with a DJ playing during the bands’ breaks. Our sumptuous dinner menu has two choices, traditional turkey or a vegetarian option, and details of the wine ordering will be sent out during November or can be ordered at a wine station from 6pm on the day.
Hotel rooms: Rooms should be booked directly with the hotel special events team at a special BASA price of £110 Bed and Breakfast (double occupancy). Rooms can be booked by emailing SpecialEvents.Alveston@macdonald-hotels.co.uk or by calling 01789 205 478, Option 1.
Wine can be pre-ordered from the wine menu by emailing the hotel on the above contact details and paying by credit card or charging to your room. A wine station will also be available in the Blue Room from 6pm to order.
