ISP Elastomers is the premier manufacturer and supplier of Emulsion Styrene Butadiene Rubber (ESBR). The products produced are used as key polymeric ingredients in a wide variety of rubber applications including: tires, hoses, belts, adhesives and sealants, flooring, friction products, sponge products, shoe soling, automotive, mechanical goods, gaskets and industrial rubber products.

The manufacturing facility, located in Port Neches, Texas has been successfully producing high quality ESBR for over 60 years. The plant has 500 million pounds per year of ESBR capacity in a wide variety of grades. These grades include: cold emulsion types; hot emulsion types; oil extended products and carbon black masterbatches. This capability to produce multiple grades provides ISP Elastomers with the ability to offer one of the broadest lines of styrene butadiene products in the industry.

ISP's ESBRs can be tailored to meet both commodity applications as well as those unique elastomer applications required by the wide cross section of mechanical rubber goods, adhesive and sealant producers.

While ISP Elastomers is a new name to the rubber industry, the manufacturing and technical capability at Port Neches is fully manned and supported by a veteran workforce with a proven track record.
